The staff is very helpful, but not pushy. I would definitely give the entire crew 5 stars. I have worked with them six different times and have been completely satisfied each time. From window treatments to cushions to reupholstering deck furniture, they have always made a quality product.
All of my window dressings have come from Mr. Ks, but I recently Purchased the Hunter Douglas Luminette vertical treatment for French doors. There are several options, and Jennifer was gracious in presenting all of the options. They arrived quickly and were installed in no time to perfection. A shout out to Tim who is so careful, expedient, and very skilled. I was relieved to find that this new owner provided the same quality experience and product as the previous ones.
Friendly professional atmosphere. Prompt service. The owner came to our home an hour away from their store and measured, listened to our wants and needs, and used their expertise to make suggestions for what would work with our older window frame. They helped with getting the right style shade, color, material, etc. the installer was friendly, capable and it was up in no time. We are very happy with our Roman shade and look forward to using them again. Highly recommend.
We have had several experiences with Mr. K's in the last several years. Both times they did a wonderful job for us. From calling at our house to review what we wanted done, helping select the fabric or shade we needed. measuring for the jobs and then to the actual installation, everything was done very professionally. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them in every way.
