We have had several experiences with Mr. K's in the last several years. Both times they did a wonderful job for us. From calling at our house to review what we wanted done, helping select the fabric or shade we needed. measuring for the jobs and then to the actual installation, everything was done very professionally. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them in every way.
The staff is very helpful, but not pushy. I would definitely give the entire crew 5 stars. I have worked with them six different times and have been completely satisfied each time. From window treatments to cushions to reupholstering deck furniture, they have always made a quality product.
Mr. K's installed 5 new designer roller shades with 8" fabric valance and PowerView. Hunter Douglas PowerView shades are life changing! Two of our shades allow some light in, three are light blocking. Jennifer came to the house with swatches of the different fabrics and gave me great advice on color coordinating. Tim did an outstanding job on the installation. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. I will purchase from them again.
All of my window dressings have come from Mr. Ks, but I recently purchased the Hunter Douglas Luminette vertical treatment for French doors. There are several options, and Jennifer was gracious in presenting all of the options. They arrived quickly and were installed in no time to perfection.
